“Pet products” covers hard goods, textiles and wet formulations, and they need different materials. We make several that get proposed here, so this page routes rather than sells.

Route by product type, not by request

Pet textiles — beds, apparel, blanketsUse OdorZero, our in-fibre pre-treatment technology. It is built for this and carries ammonia deodorization and antibacterial data. A liquid additive applied to a finished textile is the weaker route here because it sits on the surface and washes.
Hard goods — bowls, toys, traysPlastic parts need the function compounded in, which means a masterbatch route, not a liquid. Tell us the polymer and the process and we will tell you what is available rather than pushing a liquid at a moulding problem.
Wet formulations — shampoos, wipes, spraysNano Ag/ZnO concentrate is the relevant material, dosed at 0.5–1%. Note the distinction between preserving the formulation and making an antibacterial claim about it — they are different jobs.
Litter and absorbentsUsually an odour problem rather than a hygiene one, which points to the ZnO/activated-carbon composite powder and its adsorption mechanism. Name the molecule: ammonia behaves differently from sulphur compounds.

The claim question, which matters more in pet than most categories

What we need to be useful

The substrate (polymer, textile, or aqueous formulation), the process (moulding, coating, dipping, blending), the target — bacteria, odour, or both — and the claim you intend to print. That last one changes the answer more often than any technical detail.

Questions buyers ask

Which material for a pet bed?

OdorZero, the in-fibre technology, rather than a liquid additive on finished fabric. Washing is frequent in this category and a surface treatment is the first thing to go.

Can we add the liquid concentrate to plastic bowls?

No. A waterborne liquid is not the route into a moulded part; that needs the function compounded into the polymer. Tell us the polymer and process and we will tell you what exists.

What about cat litter odour?

That is adsorption, not antibacterial action, which points to the ZnO/activated-carbon composite. Name the molecule you are targeting, because ammonia and sulphur compounds behave differently.

Can we say our product is antibacterial?

That depends on your market and on exactly what you claim. Claims about protecting the animal are far more restricted than claims about protecting the article. Confirm final wording with your compliance team before artwork.
