A formulator moving hydroxyapatite from a paste into a rinse usually discovers the same thing: the active is not the problem, keeping it suspended is. Format changes the engineering question more than it changes the active.

Hydroxyapatite is dense. Settling velocity scales steeply with particle size, so a fine powder stays suspended far longer than a coarse one in the same medium. Our composite is specified at an average particle size below 0.15 µm, which is what makes the low-viscosity formats worth attempting at all. It does not make them automatic.

Technically yes, and the sub-0.15 um particle size is what makes it plausible. Practically, suspension stability in a low-viscosity aqueous system is the problem to solve, and it is a formulation problem rather than an ingredient one.
Clarity depends on your gel system and loading as well as the powder. Fine particle size helps; establish the result on your formulation.
