That manufacturer does not run an international sales operation of its own. Quotations, samples, documentation, export paperwork and after-sale support all run through us — the plant does not operate an international sales desk, and a purchase order sent to a factory that has none does not become a shipment.
To be explicit: we publish the manufacturer's name because it appears in the papers and because hiding it would make our evidence unverifiable. We do not publish the plant's contact details, and the plant does not sell internationally. If you want this material outside Taiwan, ZnoNova is the route.
